Q: How long it will take to install 10-12 units kitchen?
A: between 4-6 days depends on plumbing and electrical work.

Q: Will you take the rubbish from your old kitchen to the recycling center?
A: Yes, normally we can do this.

Q: How much experience do you have in the field?
A: We have 15 years of experience in carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating so we can do the whole renovation of your kitchen.

Q: When can you start the work?
A: Normally within 2-3 Week (but this can vary between 1-6 weeks).

Q: Can you do all the electrical and plumbing work?
A: Yes we have fully qualified electricians and plumbers.

Q: Can you supply the kitchen for us?
A: Yes we can do, you will need to give us as much information regarding style and budget so we can offer you a few different options and agree with you the one that suits you most.

Q: Do you require payment in advance?
A: We only ask for payment in advance when you ask us to supply the kitchen units and appliances.

Q: Have you got any references from previous jobs you have done?
A: Yes. Please see on this website, alternatively we can email you more information on request.

Q: How much does it cost to install my kitchen?
A: This will depend on the number and style of cabinets in your kitchen which needs to be confirmed on the approval of your detailed kitchen plan. The integrated installation service covers cabinet assembly and installation, cutting, cutting out and joining of non-stone bench tops, cabinet adjustments, cabinet modifications, filler panels and d├ęcor strips required to complete the installation. It also includes the fitting of accessories, shelves, rotating carousels, and fixing, adjusting and sealing
sinks and ovens.

Q: Do I need to have a kitchen designed?
A: Yes, it is very important that we have a complete understanding of your detailed design before we
commence installation.

Q: How can I get a Kitchen design? Can you help me?
A: Many of the major kitchen retailers have kitchen planning software that you can use. This is the cheapest and best option. Alternatively we can do this for you at a competitive price.

Q: How do I design a kitchen?
A: Use your imagination and creativity! Don’t forget to also think practically. Always think about storage and your potential future requirements. Think about your kitchen habits, they style of cooking you do and the type of applicances that would suit you. Also think carefully about workflow – how you would like to move through the kitchen from preparation to washing up and clearing down. Hygiene and ease of cleaning are also very important considerations. Light, access and safety are also very important to consider.

Q: How do I know if my kitchen plan is OK?
A: Our Kitchen Expert will come to your home and conduct an Expert Design Review. Measure the area
in which you intend to install the kitchen, and compare the measurements to your completed plan to
make sure the kitchen will fit the way you want it to. Should there be any design or compliance issues found, our Kitchen Expert will make suggestions as to how you could change your plan to address these issues.

Q:Will you remove my old kitchen?
A: We will demolish your existing kitchen & remove it to a designated location or skip on the premises. Remove existing wall tiles from walls (Note: separate arrangements will need to be made to repair /
make good any damage to the wall as a result of removing tiles). Hire a skip (if requested) to dispose the rubbish.

Q: Can you supply other tradesmens?
A: Yes we can refer you to our preferred plumbers and electricians.

Q: Will you just install my benchtop?
A: We will happily install laminate, timber and acrylic benchtops to cabinets assembled and installed by
others. For stone benchtops, you will need to talk to your retailer as measuring and installation of stone benchtops is undertaken by the benchtop fabricators.
